Welcome to “The File Warehouse” This web site is personal in nature in that it is a place where I like to file things that I want to always know where it is. Much the way I have my personal filing cabinet set up at home, this site is divided into categories that work the same as folders.

If you are new to visiting this site, you may get the impression that it seems impersonal to a degree which is the result of the fact that I have not “per say” always been the sole owner of this site. It’s origins go back quite a few years and began with a group of individuals. Over the years and for various reasons, our members began to move on to other file storage/sharing methods, which I do publish links to on this site. I have decided to continue the maintenance of this site as my personal site.

This site is now actively publicized on the internet. Part of this site includes a Blog Page to allow for readers comments. I have not as of yet decided what will be done with it at this point as there has been no actual traffic to it. Currently, the concept of “Equal Time” is the sole reason that the Blog remains on this site. There are pages that have been established that either currently or will eventually contain information that can be viewed as controversial in the least and out right offense in the worst case scenario.

It is not my intention to offend anyone with the information contained within this site. There are millions of “quote” personal web sites out there that have been built by average, every day people to use as sounding boards from which they exercise their right to “Freedom of Speech.” It is understood that there are subjects that are offensive by their nature, regardless of how they are presented by the author of the information.

It is asked that should anyone feel offended to the point that they feel the need to comment, by all means feel free to do so. Unless otherwise stated, this web site does not necessarily advocate nor sponsor any comment, article or otherwise as being anything other than my own personal viewpoints.

I am a semi-retired individual who enjoys surfing the internet and more often than not, I have no specific subject or goal in my search. My primary internet provider is America Online, simply because I have been with them since early 1994, when the 3.0 version was the best thing going. Although I have branched out to other services in a limited capacity, I find that for certain activities, I am more comfortable with them and have over the years amassed what I can only refer to as volumes and volumes of information that has been filed in “My Favorite Places.” All of which will eventually be posted here on this web site.

Again, it is not my intention to offend any person or persons with the publication of this site. It is merely a personal web site maintained for the dual purpose of storing files and web sites that I have found to be either amusing, interesting, educational and informative for my own purposes. The duality of this site is, like many others, it also provides me with a place where I can express my own personal philosophies on any given subject that I personally feel strongly about.
